События не запускают выполнение транзакции с web3 в testrpc

Но когда я вижу журнал testrpcили смотрю, web3.eth.getTransactionReceipt(txHash)я не вижу ни журнала, ни события.

Кто-нибудь знает, что я мог сделать неправильно? Любая известная ошибка с web3 или testrpc в этой теме?
