Я сделал простую анимацию (в виде текста сканирования) с помощью C#-WPF.
Анимация плавная и отличная. (в окне wpf)
Но когда я записываю его с помощью FFmpeg как видео, возникает проблема с мерцанием.
См. образец 1 (высокая скорость анимации) и образец 2 (низкая скорость анимации).
Это проблема поля или проблема с синхронизацией или ......?
Как я могу это исправить?

Примечание. Мне нужно задать частоту кадров=30 или частоту кадров=25, потому что я хочу преобразовать видео в форматы PAL и NTSC.
